We are seeking a Technical Project Lead for a Trust Accounting Project- (long-term) for the 58 trial courts of California. The Technical Project Lead is required to manage the technical side of the implementation and deployment of Trust Accounting. Already underway, the project will continue into Fall 2007.
Responsibilities: Technical Lead role: Technical project management (All project life cycles); Coordination of ISD activities between the trust accounting related components of TIBCO, SAP, technology hosting partner, Bearing Point, AOC ISD, trial court IT staff and case management vendors; Coordination of activities and tools related to the SAP technology environments; Ensure appropriate new processes are developed and implemented for on-going technical production support and deployment of Trust Accounting; Coordinate and conduct Technical Design reviews; Coordinate technical support for all testing including full end to end integration testing; Coordination of x-team activities and deliverables; and Support vendors in creation and approval of deliverables; Technical Lead Deliverables: Create and maintain project plan, Create and maintain issues list, Create and maintain risk management plan, and Ensure a process is in place for full production support of Trust Accounting; Coordinate and facilitate technical team meetings; Coordinate creation and maintenance of architectural documents; Creation and maintenance of data architecture standards for Trust Accounting; Coordinate creation and approval of requirements documents for hosting partner - i.e.: Technology Center requirements documents to set up new technical environments for the project; Manage set up and test of new environments; Create and implement technical design review process; Create and maintain service level agreements between technical partners; Coordinate creation and approval of Technology Center partner work order; Create and facilitate technical review process for all parts of the project, i.e.: infrastructure validation, security review, data exchanges, etc.; Work with Data Integration unit to ensure timely and quality implementation of exchanges following AOC procedures; Provide weekly status reports; Ensure creation and maintenance of all project documentation, ie, functional specifications, technical specifications, architectural design documents, etc.; Ensure creation, maintenance and appropriate execution of all test scripts, unit, integration and end-to-end testing including user acceptance testing; Coordinate creation and maintenance of data conversion programs and supporting documents; Design and implement processes for quality and confirmed knowledge transfer from vendor technical experts to AOC technical staff; Coordination of technical deployment activities with AOC, vendor partners and court staff; Coordinate creation of quality and efficient go-live checklist for all partners (AOC, Technology Center, court staff, business partners, etc.)

implementation plans for complex technology projects; Experience in SAP Finance and Trust application projects; Public Sector experience; and Experience with TIBCO integration tool suite
