Nationwide Credit, Inc. is in search of Collection Specialists to work in a fast-paced, growth-oriented call center environment. Collection Specialists must have great negotiation skills with the ability to listen to cardholders in order to resolve outstanding balances. All potential Collection Specialists must have the ability to answer inquiries and resolve problems efficiently. Collection Specialists must also evaluate and assess customer's credit and financial situations to create options for the customers to avoid further delinquencies. |
| Job duties: |
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Contacts customers to determine reason for payment delinquency
Negotiate payment arrangements
Use a computerized system for tracking and information gathering
Answer inquiries and resolves problems
Responsible for reviewing aging accounts
Evaluate and assess customer’s credit and financial situation
