Direct experience in design/development of surgical implants.
Experience in design/development of vascular grafts and related products is preferred.
Working knowledge of fluoropolymers is desired.
Knowledge and experience of the interaction between product design and performance, relating design concepts and predicting design output outcomes is a plus.
Demonstrated success in design/development of commercial medical products.
Knowledge and experience with design control process and requirements.
Experience interacting with marketing and customers in the field.
Qualifications:
BS degree in Biomedical Engineering, Chemistry or Biology; MS degree preferred. 5+ years product development experience. Solid analytical and problem solving and communication skills required.
