The position description is as follows: Over the last 3 - 5 years, you have partnered with the people managers of a fast-moving organization to attract and retain the right people. You have been instrumental in recommending and implementing best HR practices and have a proven track record of delivering HR solutions that meet the needs of the company. Specifically, you have been a driver in implementing effective attracting and recruiting methods that reduce time- and cost-to-hire. You have proven experience in developing diversity, total rewards and performance management programs that enable a company to achieve its objectives. You have demonstrated proficiency at an intermediate level with productivity tools (MS Suite of Desktop Applications, HRIS, automated payroll, etc.). You may also have experience in implementing systems that enable HR to provide managers with key information that helps them make the right decisions. Your professional HR designation rounds out your skill set. Your HR peers and previous managers say that you are one of the most ethical HR practitioners they've had the pleasure of working with, and that you can always be counted on to do the right thing.
