| Job description: | Casino Careers Online has a client seeking a candidate for a Shipping Compliance Coordinator position.
The position description is as follows: Prepares and files Gaming Device Shipment Notifications to obtain approval to ship gaming devices and/or software in compliance with jurisdictional regulations. Ensures that all required compliance documentation is in order and that any and all product/software approvals and/or licenses have been obtained prior to authorization of shipments of gaming devices. Updates database with respect to the movement of gaming devices. Assist Shipping Compliance Manager in devising/implementing compliance procedures and any other compliance related matters. Requirements Qualifications/Education/Skills : Computer skills: Microsoft Intermediate to Advance level. Requires experience in working with databases. College degree preferred 1 year Administrative experience Experience with Shipping Compliance office procedures Must be able to work alone and effectively communicate in writing/verbal Strong organizational and tracking skills. Detail-oriented Experience in dealing with casino regulations helpful |
