Casino Careers Online has a client seeking a candidate for a Office Administrator position.
The position description is as follows:
Provide administrative support for the Casino Services departments in Montana and Northern Idaho.
Responsible for daily processing of sales and service orders and running error reports to ensure data is complete and accurate.
Responsible for developing and maintaining maintenance plans for assets games, scheduling of installs, removals, and service activities.
Daily time card processing.
Maintain, process, and organize interdepartmental correspondence IN/CN’s, new product release information for departmental Library.
Generate reports as requested based on repair activity and for inventory usage and control.
Assist with the development of interdepartmental policies and procedures.
Backup support for shipping and receiving.
Maintain customer, employee, and departmental files.
Supporting customers by answering and directing calls, researching customer account issues, typing and processing customer mailings.
Maintaining petty cash account.
Maintain employees review schedule.
Coordinate travel arrangements.
Process expense reports.
Order office supplies.
Assist supervisor and manager in day to day departmental tasks and requirements.
Responsible for inventory control, including cycle counts and yearly audits.
Requirements
Qualifications:
High School Diploma or equivalent required.
Administrative experience of 1 year required.
Intermediate to advance proficiencies required with computer knowledge and current software applications in word-processing, spreadsheets, database, data mining and charts.
Thorough knowledge of Microsoft Office XP applications (Word-Intermediate/Advance, Excel-Intermediate/Advanced, Power Point, and Access-Intermediate/Advanced) required.
Excellent typing skills with attention to detail.
Excellent verbal/written communication skills a must.
Must be efficient, detail oriented, well organized, and able to handle multiple projects with ability to prioritize workload.
Must have excellent telephone and customer service skills.
Must be a self-starter who can perform job duties with minimum supervision.
Must be able to work overtime as required.
Administrative technical reports writing experience beneficial.
SAP, Clarify and AS400 computer experience desired.
Service business system automation operator experience beneficial.
Experience dealing with sensitive and confidential issues.
