POSITION SUMMARY:
The Workforce Management Analyst supports the contact center operations with their unique blend of technical and business expertise. They are responsible for developing and maintaining reports, and supporting the analysis of contact center report data.
The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of contact center industry experience, preferably in a technical capacity. Experience with Avaya CMS, MS SQL, and IEX TotalView highly preferred. Excellent computer skills, strong interpersonal and organizational skills a must.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
1. Develop and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
2. Perform ad hoc reports and analysis as required to support business needs.
3. Perform statistical analysis of contact center data, including forecasting and historical trend analysis.
4. Proactively work with various departments to recommend efficiencies and affect change.
5. Work with the workforce management tool to determine accurate forecasts and scheduling needs.
6. Manage and optimize call center staff schedules.
OTHER RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Performs other work-related duties as assigned.
EDUCATION/SKILL/EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
Excellent analytical and statistical proficiency required. Must possess the ability to work well under pressure. Attention to detail required. Bachelors degree from a four-year college or university, or two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Proficient in Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint. Basic understanding of the call centers staffing availability and call volumes preferred. Experience with IEXs TotalView application or similar Workforce Management tool preferred. Must be highly self-motivating and multi-task oriented, with the ability to self-manage tasks to completion. Must have excellent oral and written communication skills.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
Position requires extensive use of keyboard involving competitive motions with fingers, sitting for prolonged periods of time, and extensive use of telephone and face-to-face communication that requires accurate perception of speech and hearing. This position requires close vision, distant vision, and the ability to adjust focus. There is moderate noise in the work environment.
