Customer Service Director - Insurance Software
Reports to: VP of Customer Service
Location: New Brunswick,NJ
Job Description: Salary: maximum $110K
• Manage the tasks associated with configuration engineering.
• Monitor, record, and control change to maintain product.
• Acts as primary management interface to assigned production customers.
• Oversee the planning, development and implementation of new products.
• Manages and administers activities of team assigned to account to ensure that quality and quantity of work performed meets customer requirements and company profit and utilization standards.
• Initiates and maintains two-way communications between customer team and data processesing group and resolves issues in a mutually agreeable manner.
• Consults with customers to identify follow up services and sales opportunities.
• Assists with recruiting new Customer Service employees, hiring, firing and performance appraisals.
Essential Duties:
• Customer relations.
• Account Financial Management.
• Account Management.
• Employee Supervision.
• Department Management.
Qualifications:
• A related degree and seven or more years of related insurance technology experience, at least three of which have been at the management level.
• Excellent communication skills, both oral and written, and superior interpersonal skills.
• Understanding of insurance software--CPCU a plus.
• Prior Account or Project Management required.
• Some travel will be required
