| Job description: | Stila Cosmetics, a leading brand of cosmetics, is building a dynamic team to promote the brand and significantly grow the company and has an excellent newly created opportunity for an Operations Analyst to provide research, analysis and quality control of operational data and metrics.
The ideal candidate will mine data in Oracle ERP/MRP environment and prepare analyses/reports of open orders, out-of-stock products, quality measures, excess inventory and other operational data and then present details to management in large group meetings. Requires solid combination of education and work experience that would provide expertise in database management, Microsoft Office Suite, exceptional Excel skills, and familiarity with ERP/MRP systems. This role would suit an individual who has excellent analytical and critical thinking skills and is a proactive self-starter who is able to confidently prepare and present information at the President/CEO level. Experience in cosmetics or related industry a plus. Burbank area. NO RELOCATION. EOE. |
