Our client, a multi-billion dollar international company, is seeking a Business Operations Associate. This position entails being responsible for ensuring the highest level of customer service to external customers, as well as corporate and field office employees. The BOA must be proficient in the management and collection of customer’s accounts. The BOA will make routine welcome calls to their assigned customers, and act as a liaison between the customer and the company.
This candidate must have 2-3 years of relevant experience or a college degree. Other necessary skills include problem solving, relationship building, and multi-tasking.
