Lead a specially-trained team of LC/MS application support chemists in a post-sales arena in client environmental or pharma labs! Join an established company with a solid history. Visit clients after new LC/MS is delivered, do installation, implementation, training, methods development, set up. Also, will "Triage" customer issues (does this client need application support, or just repair/ board swap?) Typical problems involve columns, RSD, missing compounds, etc. Many problems are due to operator error, poor maintenance, incorrect component replacement. You will run applications, test the system, do any "tweaking" needed, and do customer training if needed. We have repair professionals too, for clear repair issues, but you may do some repair also. You will also do complete installation and set-up of new LC/MS equipment at customer site. Live anywhere in Central US; cover territory from New York to North Dakota!

| Req. candidate profile : |
- some lab experience using and maintaining LC/MS
- Some LC/MS methods development for different applications
- some management experience
- BS chemistry or Biology
- Your personable, professional communication and demeanor will impress our clients
- You are organized and disciplined to work out of your home, regularly call customers and keep up with the paperwork!
- Can do 80% travel (home weekends)
- Live in near territory near major airport
