SUMMARY:
Contact existing Chateau World owners with the purpose to obtain referrals.
|
| Job duties: |
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Initiate phone calls with owners to obtain referral leads.
Educate owners on established referral criteria (couples between 25 and 75 years of age, both must be able to attend a 90-minute sales presentation, etc.).
Troubleshoot and remedy owner problems. Refer tour concern card information and owner concerns to the appropriate department(s). Owner concerns typically include: compensation discrepancies, referral payments, accounts receivable and reservations issues.
Provide information about company products and services
Invite owners to referral functions (i.e. promotional parties).
Enter owner referrals into the marketing database
Other duties/functions as assigned

High School
