Job description: Diamond Diagnostics, is a manufacturer and international supplier of clinical laboratory equipment and related components. The company is based in Holliston, Massachusetts and services over 100 distributors worldwide.

We are currently seeking a highly motivated individual with strong organizational, administrative and foreign language skills to join our team. Openings are immediate.

Responsibilities

•Sales Support Activity
•Prepare and Forward Quotations, Cover Letters, Catalogs and other marketing material
•Canvass existing accounts for replenishment orders
•Follow-up Samples, Beta Site Evaluations and Trials
•Interact with Technical Service & Customer for Complaint Resolution
•Process all scheduled Activities in ACT
•Enter and Qualify New leads
•Prospect Assigned Data Groups
•Complete Contact Data Profiles for all accounts and prospects and maintain, expand, strategize and document sales channels

•Customer Service Activity
•Sales Order Entry
•Process & Expedite Sales Orders based on payments, inventory levels, scheduled receiving dates, manufacturing & internal shipping department schedules.
•Allocate Inventory based on Customer Requirements and Priority
•Update Notes on SO for Order Statuses (Regularly)
•Verify Proper Completion of SO (Fields In, Address Verified, Item Description Obsolete Checks)
•Cover CS Line inbound and screen calls for RSM
•Conduct all Regional Manager responsibilities in absence due to business travel, vacation or illness. Such responsibilities would include email and phone communication, order processing, claim oversight and quotations.
•Perform Customer Service Duties including stock status, shipment status and shipment tracking either directly to Customers or through Regional Manager
•COD, Credit Card & Credit Application Processing
Req. candidate profile : Qualifications

•AS or BS Marketing or Business Administration preferred
•2+ years of customer service or selling experience
•Reading, Writing, Speaking Skills Required in Spanish, Portuguese helpful as well.
•Excellent command of English language in a business setting
•Proficiency in the use of Windows and Microsoft software programs
•Proficiency in 1 or more Contact Management Software programs
•Strong, professional oral/written communication and negotiation skills
