| Job duties: |
The Logistics Manager is focused on all areas of the Distribution Center. This company intends to make you extremely familiar with how all functional areas of the distribution facility work efficiently, effectively and in compliance with all State and Federal rules and regulations. In addition, The Logistics Manager Trainee will learn all company policies and procedures that govern the facility, and learn about the culture and company objectives.
You will learn:
To fully understand and adopt the quality of service proposition
*Learn and understand core business
*Spend several weeks training at a branch
*Spend several weeks in each area of the DC to learn all operational procedures within each area.
*To work on projects, as directed, making warehouse operations more efficient
