| Job description: |
Objective: This is a hands-on position requiring knowledge of carpentry. Carpenters are required to work unsupervised on established projects and participate in various resort improvements. |
| Job duties: |
Responsibilities:
· To continue to exceed our Guests expectations and to provide them with the best vacation and recreational experience possible.
· To ensure a high quality, friendly and cooperative relationship with other mountain departments.
· Contribute to the renovation and refurbishment of different locations.
· To assist in preventative maintenance and all recording systems
· To observe and report any potential safety hazards
· Ability to do required jobs with minimum supervision
· To maintain work area in safe, clean and orderly fashion
· To follow safety procedures and standards
· Responsible in helping to maintain record keeping and reporting of equipment status including but not limited to work performed
· All other responsibilities as required

| Req. candidate profile : |
Requirements:
· 4th year Apprentice or Journeyman carpenter
· Previous related carpentry experience
· Must be able to provide own tools:
· Apprentice – pouch, tape, hammer, cordless drill
· Journeyman – pouch, tape, hammer, cordless drill, skill saw, router
· Able to follow directions and work unsupervised
· Safety oriented
· Good physical condition
· Able to work in adverse weather conditions
· Able to be a team member
· Neat, clean and alert
Qualifications:
· Certificate of Apprenticeship or Journeyman’s ticket.
