The Controller will lead field and financial due diligence for new acquisitions, refinancing, tax, asset managment, and enhance internal controls and processes. Over see project finance controls and have P & L resp. |
| Job duties: |
Monthly financial statements, closing and recoonciliation. Provides finacial and tax education/guidence to the owners and officers. Resp. for banking relationships and daily, monthy, quarterly and annual finacial reproting. |
| Req. candidate profile : |
The right person has an accounting degree and 5 years exp. as a controller in the real estate developent industry. CPA cirtificaion. Proficient in MAS 90/2000 and MS Office Exposure to Yardi and Realpage helpful. |
