Statcomm Inc. is a construction and service company that specializes in fire alarm systems, automated gate and access control. We currently have 40+ employees and annual sales of $3M+. Founded in 1993 we have focused on slow and steady growth. This has allowed us to develop a very good reputation, an impressive client list and a strong financial position. The working environment is generally relaxed, but professional. Occasionally the office gets hectic, but usually quiets down in the afternoon. We have a low employee turnover and generally add positions through growth.
We are currently seeking an out-going and enthusiastic Administrative Assistant to join our staff. This is a new position and requires someone that can function with little direct supervision. You will be supporting our Automated Gate and Door Division and will be working closely with the management staff. This position will focus on customer support and internal operations, including billing, report writing and scheduling.

Job Description:
· Assist in the administration of our Automated Gate & Door Division
· Write-up work orders
· Invoice clients
· Write project status reports
· Draft internal memos
· Maintain schedules
· General clerical

| Req. candidate profile : |
Requirements:
· Strong English Skills (both verbal and written)
· Very organized and good with details
· Basic computer skills (using a network, copying files, etc.)
· Good typing skills (55wpm minimum)
· Strong Word, Excel and Outlook
· Ability to work with other staff members
· Clean driver’s license
· Negative drug test
· Clean criminal history
· Good references
· Prior experience
· American Contractor accounting software experience is strongly preferred
