- The product suite includes $3-15 million direct senior credit facilities, cash management, investment management, capital raising and merger and acquisition advice.

| Job duties: |
- The primary responsibility for this position will be credit analysis and relationship management support for assigned credits, including periodic monitoring and annual review of existing borrowing relationships; preparation of written credit reports; underwriting of new extensions of credit, including data collection and due diligence process.
|
| Req. candidate profile : |
- The successful candidate should have two-to-three years experience with a major commercial or investment bank, preferably within the New York metro area.
- Candidate should have received formal credit training and have a solid understanding of proper legal documentation for senior credit facilities.
- The successful candidate will be able to interact effectively with both internal and external points of contact.
- Strong quantitative and written communication skills are essential.
