Job description: We need many, many original articles written, edited and posted. We also need help in organization.



Office is located in Hollywood Hills.

Very flexible hours!

Full or Part Time and can vary depending on your schedule

Experience in this job description a necessity unless you would like to intern which is always a possibility. If you want to intern, there is no financial remuneration just lots of perks worth as much and more than money.







Job duties: We need very responsible people who have experience in any of the areas listed below:

Ability to multi task (priorities change often!)

• Writing and posting articles that are based on your reviewing subjects from our magazines 10 sections including - Entertainment & Culture, Food & Beverage, Home & Office, Tech Talk, Health & Beauty, Style & Fashion, Travel & Leisure, Life's Journey, New to LA, Vehicles and Fresh Faces.

• Using Photoshop for photo manipulation.

• Adding new features both design and function, to our various sites

• Prioritizing projects and completing them in a timely manner.

• Organizational systems design & implementation

• Scheduling events and making sure articles are submitted correctly and on time in 20 cities

• Ability to handle projects independently

• Coordination and training of over 800 journalists & interns in 20 cities worldwide

• Organizing the workflow for the journalists who work for us from story conception to editing, posting and notifications

• Doing outreach for products to review

• Organizing people to attend events like theaters, ballets, screenings, parties etc. And to make sure that these people attend and turn in and post their articles properly and on time.

• Training interns

• General administration

• Light phones

• Public relations which will include press releases on a regular basis

• Calendar updates

• Harvesting worldwide media and pr contacts - establishing and maintaining relationships

• Research

• Copy editing










Req. candidate profile : We are looking for talented, self motivated individuals ideally with prior experience, with exceptional listening and great communication skills. You should have a strong desire to work within the media, must be open to leaning new information, be willing to follow and learn procedures.














You may work weekdays, nights and/or weekends. We are very flexible about scheduling and can work with you to accommodate your other endeavors. When you start, we will teach you from detailed procedures explaining how every office task is performed. We encourage our new staff members to feel comfortable and ask questions. The L.A. Splash office has a relaxed, casual environment, leave your business suit at home.
