| Job description: | This is 3 month project is located in Fort McMurray. A fully supplied free camp is provided with cafeteria, commissary, tavern, fitness center and telephones. 10 day 10 hour shifts with 4 days off.
Transportation reimbursement and free flights home on days off after the first three shifts. Call toll-free 1-866-483-5954 for this project. Salary: $31.25 Hourly 10 hours a day, 10 day shift. Overtime after 8 hours and 10.5% Vacation pay. $200 per shift retention bonus and up to $0.75 safety bonus. Required ticket: Inter-provincial Steamfitter - Pipefitter Red Seal Certificate or Alberta Steamfitter - Pipefitter Trade Certification, Major Work Area: Construction, Maintenance Area of Steamfitting and Pipefitting Specialization: Chemical/petrochemical systems Type of Piping: Black carbon or steel, Stainless steel Specific Skills: Measure, cut, thread and bend pipes to required shape and size, Test system for leaks, Install clamps, brackets and hangers to support piping and sprinkling systems, Connect piping systems to water mains, supply tanks, pumps, compressors and control equipment, Rig material and equipment Additional Skills: Liaise with management, engineers and other trades |
