| Job description: | Important Notice: $48,000 is top end of median FIRST YEAR income range. The salary range will increase on average by 20% in following years.
* Responds to service calls by inspecting problem area and accurately diagnosing a problem. * Installs and repairs a wide array of plumbing fixtures. * Repairs and maintains residential, commercial and industrial plumbing systems. In some cases also replaces hydronic heating systems and gas piping systems. * If assigned, performs excavation installations and repairs by excavating ground to gain access to plumbing systems by the following methods: jackhammer, saw and digging. * Identifies opportunities to upsell products and services to customers. |

| Req. candidate profile : | Candidate should have the ability to handle a variety of plumbing issues for residential and commercial customers. Ideal candidate will have a Journeyman, Contractor or Master's Plumbing License with five to ten years of experience. Accepted candidates will have a minimum three years experience performing various plumbing functions preferably in a service industry setting. Any applicant should have a wide array of experience covering various piping and plumbing materials, fixtures and systems. |
