Assist Regional Manager in all aspects of the Regional office working towards company goals and implementing company procedures and policies. Develop and maintain customer and staff relations supporting National’s mission statement of world class service. |
| Job duties: |
Essential Functions
Responsible for day to day scheduling and routing of crews guaranteeing customer satisfaction and order deadlines.
Manage inventory control of materials.
Manage vehicle maintenance.
Supervise the inside Sales Staff to meet sales expectations.
Maintain customer relations with daily communication regarding scheduling and customer orders.
Help to motivate staff members and maintain a positive working environment.
