Job description: Casino Careers Online has a client seeking a candidate for a Human Resources Generalist-Statistics position.

The position description is as follows:

Summary:

Assists with the development and implementation of programs covering employment, wage and salary administration, training, and employee benefits with an emphasis on employee relations administration.

Major Responsibilities/Activities:

Counsels employees on employment issues in accordance with policies and procedures and legal guidelines.
Counsels supervisors on employment issues in accordance with policies and procedures and legal guidelines.
Reviews and edits disciplinary action notices for completeness and consistency providing templates as needed.
Identifies and communicates programs and processes within departments that impede productivity while proactively communicating processes that would increase productivity.
Utilizes departmental programs and processes to identify, develop, and communicate creative approaches for departmental incentive programs.
Develops and implements company-wide employee incentive programs.
Assists with the development and maintenance of the personnel management system including but not limited to recruitment, job classification, compensation, and personnel policy documents, forms and manuals.
Assists with screening and interviewing job applicants to ensure qualified individuals are hired for vacant positions.
Reviews Employee Action Notices and supporting documentation for accuracy and completeness.
Develops training plans for employees depending on departmental needs and employee developmental plans.
Assists in the development of job descriptions and other personnel documents and forms.
Administers the employee performance evaluation program.
Processes and orientates new hires
Orientates and enrolls eligible employees in employee benefit plans including medical, dental, life insurance, supplemental benefit offerings and retirement plans.
Maintains confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
Performs other job related duties as assigned.
Job duties: Requirements:

BBA with preference in Human Resources or certification in Human Resource Management.
Three years practical Human Resource Experience.
Requires knowledge of employment law (EEO, ADA, FMLA, and OSHA).
Benefits administration experience preferred.
Computer software experience with proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Ability to multitask in a fast paced work environment.
Ability to maintain a positive attitude when dealing with difficult situations.
Proven ability to manage conflict situations
Excellent customer service skills.
Excellent organizational skills
