| Job description: | Casino Careers Online has a client seeking a candidate for an Information Coordinator - Jackpots position.
The position description is as follows: Description / Responsibilities: - Facilitates information gathering from hotel resort and personnel for reporting purposes; coordinates notifications for the initial stages of primary jackpots. - Communicates effectively with customers and co-workers; works well in a team environment. - Identifies, prioritizes and coordinates immediate action on multiple progressive system issues/events; frequently works on multiple events simultaneously. - Provides nationwide security and support for Progressive Systems, while remaining in compliance with multiple Gaming Regulations and internal controls specific to each Jurisdiction/State. - Coordinates the installation/removal of MegaJackpot games. |
| Job duties: | Requirements:
Qualifications: - High School Diploma or GED required. - 2 years in a customer service or technical field or related experience required. - Typing at 35 WPM preferred. - Working knowledge of MS Office; Clarify; or equivalent experience. - Must be 21 years of age. - Subject to a Security investigation, must be able to acquire and retain multiple gaming cards from multiple gaming jurisdictions. - Must be willing to work overtime as needed.
