Casino Careers Online has a client seeking a candidate for a Construction Project Supervisor - Corporate Office position.
The position description is as follows:
This position will interface with the general contractor, subcontractors, architects, interior designers, and field staff personnel to handle any issues concerning the construction project; conducts meetings to identify conflicts on design, construction, and/or FF&E related to managing special projects. Works closely with the President of Construction and operational staff to administer contracts, cost estimating, budgets, specifications, and design requirement. Performs cost estimation for change order evaluation and to assist the Project Managers in preparing budget projections; assists the Project Managers in monitoring project budgets.

Requirements:
- Thorough knowledge of and experience in construction business environment.
- Ability to perform multiple tasks with understanding of overall concept of project.
- Able to review and comprehend contracts, change orders, requisitions, purchase orders, drawings, specifications, budgets, plans, and other necessary reports and documentation.
- These skills and abilities are typically acquired through completion of a Bachelor's degree in Construction, and a minimum of 2 years related experience.
