POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES
• Analyze and evaluate credit applications under specific guidelines.
• Communicate with dealers and internal departments regarding accounts pending credit approval.
• Conduct reference investigations, document requirements and prepare credit presentations.
• Work in a high volume call centre environment requiring the use of multitasking skills.
• Clarify inquiries regarding policies and procedures to peers and clients.
• Promote and provide a high standard of service to the dealers and other areas within the company
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
• Minimum three years of previous credit analysis experience.
• Minimum education of a BA or equivalent.
• Bilingual in French and English is a must.
• Excellent report writing and communication skills (written and verbal).
• Knowledge of standard office software.
• Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills.
• Successful Candidate must be able to work in a fast paced, high pressure environment
• Vehicle and/or leasing experience would be considered a definite asset.
• The successful candidate must be detailed oriented, open to change, be able to work independently, be a team player, and organized.
