As a Reservation Agent/CSR you will be working within a small but growing call centre environment and will be responsible to provide exceptional and personalized customer service, taking inbound calls and booking reservations for a variety of business customers including travel agents, corporate executives and government officials.


Compensation for this exceptional ground floor opportunity with a proven and growing company consists of competitive hourly pay that will be commensurate with your experience and qualifications, plus benefits.


To qualify for the opportunity you must have a minimum of 3 years of work experience in an inbound call centre or customer service/order desk environment, solid computer skills using email, Excel and Windows, and clear effective English communication skills. You must be able to multi-task and function well under pressure while always maintaining a helpful, friendly and personal yet professional demeanor.
