| Job description: |
Provide complete and accurate information to clients in a multi-task, high-pressure environment that requires attention to detail. Assist clients with general account inquiries and questions regarding their benefit plan investments and asset-related products. Process various financial transactions including stock, money market and mutual fund trades, loans and withdrawals. Deliver high quality customer service stressing client focus and maintaining unit standards. Provide current and accurate information by keeping abreast of procedures and demonstrating an ability to provide complete and concise explanations to inquiries from a variety of participants made via telephone contact. Resolve client questions and research requests by using the media available. Demonstrate a cooperative and professional work attitude and display the ability to work effectively in a team environment. |
