The position description is as follows: Monitors the preparation of financial reports, balances general ledger accounts, daily bank transaction input and depreciation and itemizes capital expenditures. Prepares monthly capital budget report, certain tax returns, daily cash availability statements, records all bank transactions to appropriate spreadsheets, month end journal entries, and reconciles all bank accounts. |
