| Job description: | Casino Careers Online has a client seeking a candidate for a Shuttle Driver position.
The position description is as follows: Assists customers promptly and courteously with transporation services. Drives conservatively, announcing stops and answering general questions about the company and the local community. Maintains a work knowledge of company facilities, as well as special events on property, in order to advise customers and fellow employees of same, whenever possible. Effectively communicates with the Tour and Travel Coordinator, to report any mechanical difficulties and/or maintenance nees of company-owned vehicles. Inspects vehicle prior to occupancy, verifying that everything is clean, well-stocked and in good working order. Ensures a miximum level of customer service and satisifaction is achieved and maintained. Maintains written records of all trips, number of passengers, departure and arrival times, dispatchers name and destinations. Held accountable for the accuracy and thoroughness of departmental records and reports. Conducts routine safety inspections of vehicles before and after every trip, reporting any problems or maintenance needs to management. During down time will fill in as Player Gold Club Attendant on an as needed basis. Responsible for maintaining a consistent, regular attendance record. All other duties as assigned by Supervisor. |
