Our offices are located in the City of Erie and the City of Meadville. The projects completed by PCE range from the preparation of preliminary project evaluations and cost estimations to the complete design and management of large multimillion-dollar commercial and industrial developments. However, a commitment that PCE maintains with all its clients, regardless of project size, is to provide high quality professional services in a timely and cost-effective manner.

PCE’s senior and professional staff has in excess of 70-years of combined experience in the consulting engineering field, and they have knowledge and experience with a broad range of projects. PCE has extensive engineering experience including the areas of building and land development, infrastructure systems, stormwater management, water and wastewater systems, waste management, regulatory compliance, structural design and analysis, and site mapping. PCE utilizes its experience to develop engineered solutions and project designs to meet the individual needs of each client’s project.
