| Job description: | Casino Careers Online has a client seeking a candidate for a Director of Security position.
The position description is as follows: Oversee the complete operation of the security department, including hiring and firing of personnel. Maintain budget, conduct and oversee internal investigations, scheduling, etc. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned. - Oversee security staff, including budgets, scheduling and hiring personnel. - Train and development Security Dept. personnel. - Conduct and oversee internal investigations on internal violations. - Ensure that required documentation and logs are maintain and produced in a timely manner. - Maintain positive relationships with other departments. - Provide on-site physical and technical security measures for all company property and employees. - Secure appropriate uniforms and equipment needs for security department. - Write and implement Security Policy and Procedures manual to include emergency procedures. - Interact with local gaming agents. - Ensure Security compliance with all Internal Controls, Company, and departmental policies, procedures and safety regulation. - May be required to perform duties outside of their normal job description where, in the Company's judgment, it is necessary in the interest of efficiency, productivity or improved guest service. |
