Contract Recruiter – Palo Alto, CA

Our client is a quirky SaaS company. Featured on TechCrunch, Mashable and CNET, our client empowers growing businesses with recruiting tools they've never had, but have always needed. Their 1000+ customers include some of the fastest growing businesses and hottest startups in the world like Pinterest, Klout, Instagram, and HootSuite.

The successful candidates will have experience recruiting for sales and marking roles in the startup/mid-market space. We are looking for a talented think outside the box Recruiter who will creatively source candidates for available positions with our client and provide guidance on recruiting issues.

•Use traditional and non-traditional strategies to source top candidates for open positions.
•Work with our internal team and Project Manager to develop innovative, creative and proactive. candidate generation strategies focusing on hard to fill positions.
•Own and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates to support recruiting needs.
•Provide regular project updates as requested.
Req. candidate profile : REQUIREMENTS

•A minimum of 3 years of experience in direct candidate sourcing and full lifecycle recruiting in the startup/mid-market space.
•Experience recruiting for sales and marketing roles.
•Expertise in both online and offline candidate generation strategies.
•Polished communication.
•Excellent organization, creative thinking and analytical skills.
•Excellent time management and problem solving skills.
•Ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously.
•Available to work on-site at our client’s Palo Alto location.
