| Job description: | Reverse Logistics Manager

Global technology leader with focus on product/brand quality, service leadership, continuous development, state of the art training and community relations. $10B North American Sales: 10% Canada Revenue Growth per year: 12.5% of Profits invested into R&D per annum. Position: Supply Chain & Service Management opportunity accountable for Returns & Repair Management, Service Parts Logistics, Asset Recovery, Parts Planning and Recycling Management. Will establish and execute policies for Reverse Logistics; Implement root cause analysis; execute the measure, test, monitor and adjust metric evaluation; standardize the customer return policies and process and; maintain efficient inventory management. Will identify key areas of customer service development, product life cycle management and administrative cost recovery. Will manage a centralized manufacturer and extended warranty program. Accountable for the Return Authorization process and procedures and maximize return & service efficiencies, cost control and profit. Will educate the organization on the importance of Reverse Logistics towards improved bottom-line. Requirements: The successful candidate will have instinctive supply chain management aptitude with specific experience in Reverse logistics, challenge and success motivation, quality personnel and systems management history, enthusiastic team camaraderie and motivation, precision analytics and a strategic vision. An aptitude to contribute within a fast-paced, high volume environment and excellent communication, presentatation and interpersonal attributes are essential to your success.
