Job description: Heinz North America is seeking to hire an Associate Manager of Learning & Development- Operations who will play a critical role in enabling Heinz Operations to achieve its goal of developing, engaging, and retaining its employees. The L&D Associate Manager has the unique opportunity to strongly influence the strategic direction of Learning & Development for Heinz Global Operations while working with all levels of the organization, including senior level executives.
Job duties: Design, develop, and deliver learning solutions that align to Operations strategies and advance the capabilities of Ops employees
Manage learning and development initiatives that drive built Ops Capabilities and build the organization’s capacity to deliver on business objectives
Provide internal consulting support to leaders to help drive the effectiveness of their organizations
Provide coaching and feedback to help individuals and groups strengthen a specific knowledge or skill area
Build effective partnerships within Global Talent, HR Business Partners, Operations Leaders and external vendor networks to provide targeted learning solutions
Provide excellent project management to ensure all offerings are successfully delivered on time, on budget, and to client expectations
Req. candidate profile : Qualifications

Educational level
Bachelors degree in business, communication, HR, education or equivalent degree
Masters degree in Adult Learning, Education, Labor & Industrial Relations, HR, Business, or Organizational Behavior preferred but not required.

Experience level
5+ years in learning and development experience, preferably some within an operations environment.

Expert knowledge in the design, development, delivery and measurement of learning solutions, including e-learning, learning management systems, instructional technology.
Broad knowledge of qualified learning suppliers and experience working with them.
Ability to assess business strategies and create aligned learning and development strategies to produce desired business results.
Ability to influence and drive change with leaders.
Ability to manage and adapt to change.
Ability to effectively communicate both verbally & in writing.
Expertise in assessing organization development needs and implementing solutions.
Ability to work collaboratively building relationships and teams across business functions.
Ability to use group process and facilitation skills.
Ability to negotiate, influence and compromise.
Ability to constructively provide and receive feedback.
Ability to concurrently manage multiple tasks/projects.
Ability to incorporate instructional design processes, adult learning principles and instructional technology into learning programs
Must be able to travel to US Manufacturing sites; occasional global travel is possible
