Job description: Casino Careers Online has a client seeking an IT Site Manager position.

The position description is as follows:

Plans, directs, manages and leads the daily operations of the 24/7 IT Department for the Company site. Has full responsibility for the operation, support and maintenance of all IT systems and equipment for the Company site. All duties are to be performed within the guidelines of the Corporation’s policies and procedures, Internal Control Standards and objectives.

Essential Functions and Responsibilities:

- Oversees the daily operations of the IT department, hires, trains and schedules all IT personnel for this site.
- Enforces all company and departmental policies and procedures. Maintains strict compliance to accepted IT internal control standards.
- Provides exceptional customer service to all customers, both internal and external.
- Duties, responsibilities, requirements and expectations pertaining to this job are subject to change as needed. Hours are determined by a 24 hour schedule.
Job duties: Requirements:

- Must have the equivalent of the completion of 4 years of college coursework in computer science, management information systems or a closely related field, supplemented by specialized computer network and/or telephony training.

- Must have 5-8 years of experience in a managerial or supervisory position. Must demonstrate the ability to interact effectively with senior management and executives.

- Must have PC Desktop application proficiency in Microsoft Office. Must be able to demonstrate proficiency in telephony and computer networking concepts.

- Previous customer service experience required.

- Previous experience working in a casino is desired but not a requirement.

- Must possess excellent communication excellent skills.

- Must have the ability to resolve problems/conflicts in a diplomatic and tactful manner.

- Must be highly self motivated while relying on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.

- Must be an independent thinker who needs little or no direct instruction to perform job duties.

- Must have people skills and the ability to lead and work well with others in a team environment. Must be a highly motivated self-starter who is eager to contribute to overall departmental and company success.

- Maintain physical stamina and proper mental attitude to work under pressure in a fast-paced, casino environment and effectively deal with customers, management, employees and members of the business community in all situations.

- Must be able to work all shifts including nights, weekends and holidays as required.

Salary Range: $62,500/salary
