This position will be based at our Charleston, SC headquarters and will require relocation to Charleston, SC.

Reporting to the Director of Inside Sales, the Inside Sales Manager for the Raisers Edge manages a team of 10 account executives who sell software, services and training into established accounts.

Responsibilities include:
  • Providing increased value to existing Blackbaud clients by providing additional user licenses, training, consulting and add-on modules
  • Hiring, training and inspiring inside sales team to over-achieve territory goals
  • Ensuring that key customer relationships are acknowledged, managed and leveraged
  • Working with the management team to set accurate sales reporting and forecasts
  • Participating in regular sales team meetings to review sales performance against objectives and targets.
  • Revealing obstacles to account executive's growth and developing strategies to overcome these obstacles
  • Understanding our competitors and their offerings and sharing information through the proper channels.
  • Job duties: Experience:
  • A minimum of two years' inside sales management experience within a high tech vendor

  • Experience writing sales plans and tracking activity of sales teams

  • Proven track record of consistent mentoring and coaching resulting in over-achievement of quotas

  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills

  • Demonstrated working knowledge of sales force automation technologies and experience in applying these technologies in sales process solutions

  • A positive attitude and the ability to stay flexible in a fast paced, changing environment

  • High energy and enthusiasm required to maintain long term business relationships.
