Job description
Job description: As a Candidate Care Specialist you will partner with recruiters, hiring managers, and candidates to provide support to the recruiting process.

Please note: Both full-time and temp-to-hire opportunities are available.
Job duties: Primary Functions

Create position requisitions and post positions to job boards
Schedule candidate interviews and assemble candidate files
Administer applicant tracking system (ex. BrassRing, Taleo, OpenHire)
Scheduled feedback sessions on candidates interviewed
Prepare recruiting metrics and feedback summary of candidate interviews
Prepare departmental billing/charges for budget purposes
Arrange travel for job applicants and new hires
Candidate expense management
Facilitate pre-employment reference and background checks
Create offer letters
Facilitate new hire paperwork completion and data entry to appropriate systems
Maintain records in accordance with legal requirements and internal policies and procedures
Req. candidate profile : Good communications skills, detail oriented
Knowledgeable of common recruiting and administrative practices

BA/BS degree required
Minimum 1 to 3 years prior related experience in recruiting, HR, or administrative role
