The position description is as follows: Ensure the safety and security of all employees and customers. Supervise programs and processes to reduce and control loss time injuries. Review staffing levels to maintain full coverage of posts. Delegate authority and assign responsibilities. Development of staff, evaluating and training. Investigating incidents and/or customer complaints and compiling data for accurate reporting. the shift. Review departmental activities with the Security Manager.
