Description: Global Impact Staffing is an executive search firm founded in 1998 to meet the hiring needs of staffing agencies, corporate HR departments, and consulting companies by finding staffing industry professionals at all levels from recruiters to executive leadership both nationally and internationally.
Our client, who is who is recognized by the staffing industry as one of the top firms in the nation, is currently seeking a technology recruiter for their Dallas office.
Qualifications: To be considered as a candidate, you must have been a successful full-life-cycle recruiter for a minimum of 3 years in the technical staffing industry.
Responsibilities: You will work directly with the client managers and other appropriate entities to ensure that each requisition is processed in an efficient and effective manner.
You will also be responsible for maximizing local, regional, and national recruiting resources such as networking and candidate referral bonus, classified advertising, Internet, job fairs, and strategic partnerships with organizations with access to educated, skilled individuals.
Candidates should possess excellent probing/questioning/interviewing skills and have experience in sales, customer relations, negotiations, project management, technical skill qualification, sourcing, Internet recruitment, project staffing, supplement staffing, and candidate presentation. You must be goal oriented and able to multitask with the ability to finish projects.

Salary and Compensation: USD $55,000 - $65,000 annual base salary plus additional $65,000 in commissions at plan.
