This position is responsible for the operation, coordination, development and optimization of the warranty and contract maintenance functions for the sector. These core fleet management functions are key components of solutions sales. Develop total life cycle cost view.

| Job duties: |
- Analyze statistical data to better understand customers needs and develop solutions to meet those needs. Manage development of IT infrastructure with appropriate interfaces to facilitate data capture and exchange.
- Provide timely feedback product issues and resulting exposure to engineering, manufacturing, product marketing and finance organizations within the division in an effort to understand and reduce warranty spending.
- Manage seamless delivery of core fleet management services, i.e. warranty, recovery, SVC contract maintenance, cental billing, service invoicing, etc. Develop necessary support polices and procedures.
- Participate in the development of auditing tools (automated, preliminary and consultative) as the primary data source. Utilize audit data to configure solutions for operational performance improvements, and support commercial staff in sales process.
- Establish and manage internal and external processes for customer information management including scheduling, reporting, invoicing, special warranty handling and capturing unit life cycle cost history.
- Build channel capabilities to support specialized solutions and fleet management services.
- Develop effective relationships with key customers, dealers, & OEMs as required.

| Req. candidate profile : |
- Bachelors degree required.
- Master's degree preferred.
- Responsibilities include managing employees at several different locations – primarily Minneapolis and St. Louis
- Must have prior experience in Claims Recovery.
- Must have prior experience with P&L Statements and Budget Management.
