Job description: Our client seeks a Talent Acquisition Operations & Shared Services Manager who, as a key member of the Talent Acquisition Team, will functions as the back-office leader for all talent acquisition administration and candidate support as well as managing the HR Shared Service role in support of the HR Business Partners. This critical role provides direct management, guidance and workload balance to the candidate concierge workforce to ensure appropriate recruitment processes are being adhered to in a consistent manner. Manages the critical TA systems such as Kenexa, LinkedIn and Sourcing CRM as the top administrator and partners with Compensation, IT and Finance to ensure the systems are integrated with high data integrity. Creates and compiles reports, including statistical reports pertaining to monthly, quarterly and/or yearly TA metrics for review by HR and business owners. Leads the candidate care function to deliver a high-touch, high quality candidate experience at the appropriate financial investment. Manages and reports on the TA compliance and audit function relative to U.S. and Canadian state, federal, province and internal audit requirements.
Job duties: Who would be successful in this role?

* Someone who is recognized as a quick study with a bachelor’s degree in business or related field plus 7+ years total professional experience. Must have at least two years of talent acquisition operations experience covering customer service, systems, process, data management and reporting.
* An individual with exceptional organizational, analytical and problem solving skills and the proven ability to comprehend technical HR related systems architecture, understand data flows across key applications, and serve as key conduit between the TA, Finance, HRIS and IT organizations. Success will require advanced Excel skills with proven capabilities to create dashboards, reports (including data integration from other sources and pivot tables) and being well-practiced in the art of translating data into a fact based story for the organization.
* The successful candidate will have strong interpersonal skills to facilitate working and problem solving with others as well as excellent written and verbal communication skills and the demonstrated ability to adapt to a changing environment.
* Someone with past success in the leadership and development of talent with at least two years of direct team management responsibilities to select, motivate and retain top talent.
