The Recruiting Consultant will work remotely or onsite at a client. This role involves heavy sourcing on difficult to fill positions across the U.S. and at times international locations. The successful candidate must be experienced in cold calling and generating leads. After a candidate is identified, the recruiter will work with hiring managers and the HR Business Partner in order to move them through the process from phone screen to offer and background check.
Job duties: Responsibilities include:

* Develop an understanding of the industry and company in order to fully grasp business requirements and develop strategies for recruitment of active and passive candidates
* Conduct thorough candidate phone screens in order to pass along high quality candidates for manager review
* Leverage professional associations, social networks, online resources, employee referrals, and personal network in order to source and hire top talent
* Build and maintain a talent pipeline for consideration in current and future roles
* Use Boolean searches, sourcing tools, and other emerging technology to identify and engage potential candidates
* Conduct strategy sessions with HR Business Partner and the hiring manager prior to opening requisitions
* Update applicant tracking system throughout the process to keep candidate status accurate (Taleo experience preferred)
Req. candidate profile : Required Experience
* 3-5 years of full life-cycle recruitment experience (emphasis in the recruitment of exempt level sales professionals preferred)
* Proven experience with sourcing tools and techniques such as online social networking, traditional networking, Boolean searches, and referrals
* Demonstrated candidate management, relationship building, and negotiation skills
* Proven experience developing and implementing successful recruitment strategies
* Strong computer, internet, cold calling, candidate relationship management and network sourcing skills

Preferred Experience
* Bachelor's degree
* Consulting, RPO, or staffing experience
