- Currently, to accommodate growth, they are seeking a first-class CMBS Broker for their office in Manhattan, NY and a first-class CMBS Professional for their office in Boca Raton, FL
- Their professionals act as mortgage consultants, not simply brokers, focusing on providing the appropriate financing solutions for each deal and each client.
- They manage every detail of the loan process from start to finish.
- They act as personal mortgage consultants to find the best financing solutions for each deal and each client.
- From small loans to large loans, they deliver the results that have earned the trust and confidence of borrowers and lenders nationwide.
- As a Commercial Mortgage Broker, the successful candidate will be responsible for transforming CMBS leads into real business quickly.
- This is also an ideal position for bankers who are on the deal side that want to get deep into the action and make more money.
- Fundamentally, they are looking for someone who is intimately knowledgeable about CMBS, is a deal driven professional, and someone who has exceptional sales skills.

| Req. candidate profile : |
- At least 5+ years of relevant experience (10+ years experience a MAJOR plus).
- Advanced knowledge of CMBS required.
- High volume firm with a huge workload means candidate must have an ability to manage loans that are larger than normal.
- Ability to juggle and organize multiple responsibilities at a time.
- Hospitality, construction, permanent, bridge, multifamily, retail or CMBS/conduit lending experience highly desirable.
- Candidate must be well-rounded and capable in a number of core competencies.
- Candidate who possesses a strong work ethic; willing to put in long hours.
- Candidate who knows Fund Real Estate basic terminology/processes.
- Candidates with experience acquired at a bank considered highly desirable.
- Candidates who are currently working for a lender in mortgage are considered highly desirable.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills are a must.
- PC Proficiency with Word, Excel, Argus, and MS Outlook applications helpful.
