Mars is currently seeking an Art Director for our Southfield, MI headquarters. The Art Director collaborates with the account and creative teams to develop concepts that meet predetermined objectives and strategies. Ideal candidates have 3-5 years of agency experience with Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, Quark and other applicable programs. |
| Job duties: |
- Develop creative and graphic concepts in collaboration with assigned team
- Interact regularly with creative partners and other agency departments as needed for completion of assignments
- Assist Senior Art Director in all aspects of execution
- Develop new business presentations and spec work for potential clients
|
| Req. candidate profile : |
- Bachelor's degree is required
- Must have relevant experience in a creative environment
- A working knowledge of all computer programs is essential
- Must be flexible and a fast learner
- Understanding of print production is a plus
