Job description Job description: Analyze existing stockholder base and assist in the targeting efforts for new stockholders Maintain contact database of analysts, institutional and retail investors Review research reports issued by analysts and prepare timely summaries for senior management Assist in updating and maintaining management presentations for conferences, one-on-one investor and analyst meetings. Serve as point of contact for retail investors, fulfill shareholder information requests in a timely manner Maintain investor relations kit materials Coordinate investor relations website content Assist with the preparation of the annual report Travel to investor events as required Req. candidate profile : Bachelors Degree in Finance or Accounting 2+ Years experience in a finance position preferably investment banking Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Demonstrated ability to understand, analyze and articulate financial data Must be comfortable working with senior management and have ability to develop relationships with all levels of the organization Possess a high level of integrity and sensitivity to confidential information Strong and effective decision making skills, ability to prioritize and multi-task Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word How to apply : Register to view Third party mediation allowed : No Telecommute : No
