We offer comprehensive on the job training along with flexible weekday schedules and no weekend shifts!
Req. candidate profile : Successful candidates should have 1-2 years of any of the following: call center, customer service, banking, accounting, claims resolution or similar experience. Must be organized, detail oriented and have excellent communication and problem solving skills. Ideal candidates will have previous phone experience and the ability to meet deadlines. The desire to provide high quality customer service is essential. Microsoft Office experience is required.
