As an Account Manager in our Sales & Merchandising division, you will be instrumental in ensuring the delivery of all business requirements for your assigned national account. This is an exciting position, and an excellent opportunity to be part of a dynamic business!
This role requires an organized and energetic individual who can demonstrate the following skills and requirements:
• Ability to develop positive & productive working relationships
• Strong analytical aptitude with the ability to understand and analyze data, create reports, identify opportunities and develop plans & recommendations
• Deliver on weekly & monthly reporting deadlines
• Equip the field team with all elements required to deliver flawless execution of account priorities
• Ability to coordinate tasks with internal departments while maintaining ownership for overall results
• Able to thrive in a matrix environment, managing numerous stakeholders
• Professional business acumen
• Passion for client service and exceeding expectations
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Project management skills
• Flexible & adaptable, thriving in a fast paced environment
• Ability to prioritize, problem solve and multi-task
• Strong attention to detail, meticulous follow up, proactive
• Understanding of retail trade channel
• Two to five years of related experience
• University degree or equivalent - business related preferred
• Strong team/relationship building and negotiation skills
• Strong computer application skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and ability to work in a digital work environment
• Use of a vehicle to attend client meetings and field visits
