As a Field Manager you will be instrumental in ensuring the delivery of all business requirements for your assigned account as well as provide coaching and mentoring to your representatives on a National basis.
You would be responsible for:
• Training and on-going development of field personnel.
• Challenging and motivating a team of field representatives.
• Effective time management (of self and others).
• Problem solving.
• Administration of payroll time and expense information, call reports, etc. where required
• Work in collaboration with IT team to deliver on client expectations of accuracy and insight.
• Work closely with the Account Manager to deliver field operations and results that meet and exceed the Mosaic and client standard/expectations.
• Provide support in the creation and presentation of a quarterly client review of results, insights and opportunities.
• Identify and activate new business growth opportunities for both client and Mosaic.
• Some travel involved throughout Canada
Do you have the following qualifications?
• 3- 5 years of Sales and Merchandising experience
• Client management experience
• Previous supervisory experience, preferably in a team or sales environment where ongoing direction motivation, training and communication was required
• Effective verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to clearly and enthusiastically present information and influence and persuade others
• Ability to intuitively adjust presentation communication style and content to suit various audiences
• Valid Drivers license, access to the exclusive use of a vehicle
