A leading Management Consulting Company specializing in strategic consulting in various domains such as IT and ITES, BPO and professional Staffing Services What we are looking for: Project Manager for Supporting ES GAP/Environment Application in the Support COE Role: The Project Manager would need to coordinate Production Support for Application(s) to ensure the highest equality user support and satisfaction. Location: Mexico Duration: The duration of this role is initially for a period of 1 year. 100% Dedicated Responsibilities: • Lead and assist in supporting ERP environment enhancement/ issue resolution and delivery of quarterly releases. Ensuring to system architecture, standards and practices. • Identify critical path decisions, makes recommendations, and influence business leaders and process owners for support - related activities. Examples of activities include prioritization of production cases, change management workflows. • Change management Leadership - working with client leaders and business users to ensure existing solution or a change to the existing solution is effective and implemented correctly. • Drives and is accountable for operational excellence of assigned program(s), identifying root causes for repetitive system issues and leading support projects to resolve them. • Co-ordinate post Go Live end - user support/training for all of the business (functional & technical stakeholders) as necessary and work with the various IM support teams/help desks and drive SLAs. • Coordinates post Go live MGSP communications, issue resolution, implementation and testing plans, training plans and successful transition to support and maintenance teams of architecture and operations activities. • Work and coordinate with the various IM support teams/help desks and drive SLAs as required. • Monitor application performance ensuring scheduled programs and interfaces are run appropriately. • Coordinate application-closing activities and ensure on time effective closings. • Lead the analysis, requirement development, design, documentation, implementation and maintenance of small to medium IT solutions for business processes such as Automated Testing and automation of setups in ERP environment Qualifications/Requirements: • Technical Subject Area: Strong exposure and background in Oracle modules, especially Project Accounting, Sourcing, and core financial modules (Accts payable Accts Receivable, General Ledger) • Overall IT experience (in yrs): Eight years IT experience, at least four in system analysis and/or programming Relevant experience (in present skill): Minimum 4 years background in support of Oracle Applications in a major ERP systems implementation Other Requirements (Project management, certifications, soft skills etc., team management responsibility, global experience): • Exposure to a manufacturing/service environment • Good communication and presentation skills; fluent English speaking and writing is mandatory • Ability to formulate clear and concise objectives and plans • Capacity to act as strong team player; ability to work on a virtual team without direct supervision • Ability to manage and work on multiple projects concurrently • Strong background in Microsoft Tools For immediate consideration please email us your Resume to careers@8mvision.com.
